Delivery

Items will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Postage cost varies from country to country and is both weight and size dependant. Orders typically will be dispatched with either Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes tracked door to door services. 

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or faulty product

We do everything we can to ensure products reach you in good condition. We would be very upset if you received a damaged/faulty item, however, appreciate this might on occasion happen. If it does please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product via email at crystalcleartherockshop.com 

Subject to the damage/fault being verified by us, we will refund you via credit note the price of the product. We are however unable to refund the delivery charge. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.

Steps to return an item: 

  1. Ensure you have contacted our customer service team so that we are expecting the return.
  2. Return via your chosen postal method
  3. Make sure to obtain a proof of postage and keep your receipt until we have processed your return.

We cannot accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, massage tools or yonis for hygiene reasons

Once your return has reached us, it can take up to 28 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive confirmation of return.
