Collection: Chakras

If you practice yoga, if you have attended a meditation class or had an energy healing session like reiki you will probably familiar with the chakras and the role that they play in the flow of energy in your body.

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay open and aligned as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical wellbeing.

There are seven main chakras as per the illustration above.

Please select from the menu each chakra to learn more about that particular chakra and the corresponding crystals. 

 As the chakras are all energetic centers of the body that correspond to feelings, as you read through the narrative (as with crystals) one in particular may resonate with you. A different one could resonate with you tomorrow. If the same one resonates frequently with you it may be an area you would like to focus on healing.

Crystals can be used, be it through programming or placement to heal, purify and balance the chakras; releasing all the negative energy allowing an emotional release of any blockages.
